Rakon Limited (NZX:RAK) is aware of recent media reporting to the effect that NZ RegCo was assessing a complaint about the timing of Rakon’s market disclosures regarding the conclusion of the process undertaken in response to an unsolicited, non-binding, indicative offer (NBIO) process announced to the market in December 2023.
Rakon has today received confirmation that NZ RegCo will not be opening an investigation into that complaint.
