Enprise participates in Datagate rights issue

Enprise Group increases Datagate holding

AUCKLAND, 30 August 2024 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has paid NZ$99,999 to participate in a Datagate Innovation rights issue.

Enprise Group participated in an over-subscribed NZ$500,000 capital raise for Datagate, which raised NZ$606,911. Enprise took up a share of the rights issue investing $99,999 for 35,714 shares. Datagate is a cloud telecommunications billing solution for managed service providers (MSPs).

As Datagate has accepted over subscriptions, Enprise Group’s share of Datagate has reduced to 32.44%. If Enprise Group’s 2,446,738 shares in Datagate were valued at the August 2024 rights issue price of $2.80 per share, the value of our investment would be $6,850,866.
