At RTO Limited’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held in Auckland today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Say Chan Law be re-elected as a director of the Company
• To authorise the Board to fix the remuneration of the Company’s auditors for the forthcoming year.
Detail of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are attached.
Its annual meeting is next week.
