Change of External Auditor

9 September 2024: ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) (ArborGen or the Company) advises that, effective from today, Grant Thornton has been appointed as ArborGen’s external auditor.

This follows a review process overseen by ArborGen's Audit Committee. ArborGen has accepted the resignation of Deloitte. The decision to change the external auditor is not an adverse reflection on Deloitte and the company would like to thank Deloitte for their service.
