For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Vital Limited advises that the period during which shareholders may nominate persons for consideration to be directors of Vital Limited at the Company’s next Annual Shareholder Meeting, opens today and closes at 5pm on 25th September 2024.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
