Promisia Healthcare Limited (Promisia) (NZX: PHL) advises that its director Craig Percy will be broadening his role with Promisia and providing executive services to support Promisia.

Craig was previously considered an independent director for the purpose of the Listing Rules.

Craig will report to the Board and will have a particular focus on integrating the newly acquired Cromwell facilities into the group.

The acquisitions have significantly increased the scale of Promisia’s operations and Craig will be an important resource to support the executive team given Craig’s extensive experience in the aged care sector.

The executive arrangement with Craig is on a month to month basis and will be reviewed by the independent directors in light of Promisia’s prevailing needs.
