2024 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING DATE AND NOMINATION OF DIRECTORS

2024 Annual Meeting Date

The Annual Meeting of shareholders of NZ Windfarms Limited (NZX Code: NWF) will be held in at the Distinction Hotel (Carlton Room), 175 Cuba Street, Palmerston North on Thursday, 7 November 2024 and online via the MUFG Corporate Markets (formerly Link Market Services) web link www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/NWF24, commencing at 2:00pm.

Nomination of Directors

NZ Windfarms Ltd (NZX: NWF) confirms that the period during which shareholders may nominate persons to be considered to be directors of NWF at the next Annual Meeting opens today and closes at 5pm on Tues 8th October.
