Spark announces departure of Finance Director

Spark today announced the resignation of Finance Director Stefan Knight, who will leave the business on 20 December 2024.

Spark CEO Jolie Hodson said, “I would like to thank Stef for the significant contribution he has made over two decades, starting with Telecom and now Spark. As Finance Director Stef has served as a key member of our Leadership Squad for the past five years, supporting our growth in mobile and leading the execution of our business improvement programmes and the divestment of our mobile towers. We wish him all the best for the future.”

Spark has commenced an external search for a new Finance Director and will make a further market announcement once an appointment has been made.

Stefan Knight has also resigned as a Director of Spark Finance Limited with effect from the 20 December 2024.

Once the changes are effective the Spark Leadership Squad will include:
