Retirement of Director – Mark Rushworth

Mark Rushworth will retire as a Director of Freightways Group Limited with effect from the end of the Company’s Annual Shareholders Meeting on Wednesday, 23 October 2024.

Mark was appointed a Director in September 2015, bringing extensive experience in the technology sector, predominantly in the high tech and innovation space.

The Board wishes to thank Mark for his contributions over the past 9 years and wishes him all the very best for the future.
