WasteCo Group Limited (WCO or WasteCo) advises Mr Angus Cooper has resigned as a director of WasteCo with effect from 31 October 2024. The company thanks Angus for his attention and service during his time on the board and wishes him well in his future endeavours. The company will take time to consider its requirements and any changes to the board’s composition will be advised in due course.
