Argosy appoints new Director

Argosy Property Limited ('Argosy') is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Cutler to its Board of Directors. Alex, who is currently CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer at RDT Pacific is well known in the property industry and is a career long sustainability expert.

Prior to her current role Alex spent 6 years as CEO of the New Zealand Green Building Council. Alex has global experience working with multinational organisations to assist their understanding of the strategic importance of sustainability.

Chairman, Jeff Morrison, said, “The Argosy strategy is increasingly focused on achieving sustainability goals and to have someone with Alex’s experience and qualification on the Board, reinforces the importance of this field to the business and to the future of the Company.”

Alex will stand for election at the 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting, together with any current Directors seeking re-election.
