Sanford’s 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at 1400 (NZDT) on Wednesday, 18 December 2024.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Sanford advises that the closing date for director nominations is Thursday, 07 November 2024. Any nominations must be received by 1700 (NZDT) on that date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder who will be entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. Any nominations should be emailed to [email protected] and titled “Sanford 2024 Director Nominations.”
