Being AI Limited (NZX: BAI) advise that its executive chair Sean Joyce has resigned as a director, effective immediately.
Being AI is very grateful for the efforts of Sean in leading the company to completion of the reverse listing earlier this year and establishment of a solid platform for the next deep technology focused stage of the group’s development.
The board will meet to elect or appoint a new chair in due course.
