PLP – Updated Disclosure Document

Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund (‘Fund’), has registered an updated version of Other Material Information Document (‘OMI’) on the Disclose Register. The OMI update is to reflect the recent acquisition of the kiwifruit and avocado orchard, as previously announced on 7 October 2024. The updated version of the OMI is attached.
