Me Today – 2024 ASM and director nomination closing date

Me Today Limited (NZX: MEE) confirms the details of its upcoming Annual Shareholders meeting and for nomination of directors.

The Me Today Annual Meeting will be held on Monday 16 December 2024 commencing at 11am. The meeting will be held online with details to be confirmed in the notice of meeting.

The closing date for director nominations is 5pm on Wednesday 27 November 2024 (the closing date).

Director nominations may be made only by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. Nominations should be sent so as to be received by the closing date to:
