Retirement of independent NED – David Wang

The a2 Milk Company (a2MC, the Company) has today announced that David Wang will retire from the Board of the Company with effect from 31 December 2024.

David Wang’s retirement is further to the recent announcements confirming the appointments of Tonet Rivera and Lain Jager as independent non-executive directors of the Company (with effect from 1 November and 1 December 2024 respectively), as well as the retirement of Warwick Every-Burns.

Chair of the Board, Pip Greenwood, said: "The Board would like to acknowledge David Wang’s service to The a2 Milk Company since he joined the Board in 2022."
