Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) has appointed KPMG as its new external auditor following the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Synlait would like to thank PwC for its service and support. The decision to change the external auditor in no way reflects PwC's performance.
Synlait’s largest shareholder, Bright Dairy Limited, is in the process of changing its external audit services to KPMG. To ensure efficiencies in the audit process between both companies, Synlait is also changing its external auditor.
The change is effective immediately.
