This is an update to the Distribution Notice issued by Smartshares Limited for the Smart Global Infrastructure ETF on 21 November 2024.

The Distribution Notice issued on 21 November 2024 incorrectly stated that the:
1. Total monies associated with the distribution (based on the number of units on 14/11/2024) is $933,286 when it should have stated $410,488.
2. Gross distribution per unit is $0.04435794 when it should have stated $0.01949871.
3. Total cash distribution per unit is $0.04435794 when it should have stated $0.01949871.
4. Excluded amount (applicable to listed PIEs) per unit is $0.04435794 when it should have stated $0.01949871.

A corrected Distribution Notice accompanies this announcement.
