Share settlement update
TradeWindow (NZX: TWL) wishes to advise that Mr. AJ Smith, Executive Director and CEO, has settled in full the second tranche of the share subscription.
TradeWindow has now received the total subscription amount of $656,367.78 approved by shareholders on 12 June 2024.
