KMD Brands Limited provides the attached capital change notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This notice relates to the issue of 10,246,680 performance rights to selected Senior Management employees. The performance rights are issued pursuant to the KMD Brands Limited Long-Term Incentive Plan.
