Greenfern Industries Limited (NZX: GFI) is pleased to announce that it has secured a loan facility of NZ$200,000, plus applicable fees and capitalised interest, from Emdex Limited. The facility is for a term of six months.
The loan facility will provide Greenfern with short-term funding to support its ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. The company appreciates Emdex Limited’s continued support and looks forward to utilising this facility to strengthen its position in the market.
Greenfern will continue to update shareholders and the market on any material developments relating to this facility as appropriate.
