UPDATE ON INDEPENDENT REVIEW OF SKYCITY ADELAIDE

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises that the Acting South Australian Liquor and Gambling Commissioner for Consumer and Business Services has announced that they have agreed to an extension of time for the completion of the Honourable Brian Martin AO KC’s independent review into SkyCity Adelaide Pty Limited (SkyCity Adelaide). Mr Martin is now expected to complete his report by the end of May 2025 (from the previous date of 31 December 2024).

As previously flagged to the market on 31 October 2024, it is possible that Mr Martin’s findings may be unfavourable. However, prior to any final report being provided by Mr Martin, it is not possible to determine the outcome of the independent review and what regulatory action, if any, might be applied to SkyCity Adelaide and SkyCity.

Further details are available on Consumer and Business Services’ website at www.cbs.sa.gov.au.
