Subject: Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited (NS) (“FCG”) – Migration to NZX Main Board

Message:
Further to the announcement made by Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited (NS) (“FCG”) on 6 November 2024, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that FCG ordinary shares will migrate from the Fonterra Shareholders' Market (FSM) to the NZX Main Board (NZSX) effective on Wednesday, 15 January 2025.

The last trading day of FCG shares on the FSM will be Tuesday, 14 January 2025. At close of business, orders in the order book will be purged and will need to be re-entered. FCG Shareholders will be able to trade on NZSX at market open on Wednesday, 15 January 2025.

FCG will remain a closed register after its migration to the NZSX. Ownership of its ordinary shares will continue to be restricted to persons who qualify to be shareholders through their supply of milk to the co-operative or through their relationship with such persons.
