In November 2024, Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd announced that it would be making a change to where its shares (FCG) are quoted. This change is scheduled to go live today, meaning FCG shares will be traded on the NZX Main Board going forward.
There is no change to who can buy shares in the Co-operative. Fonterra’s constitutional restrictions on who can hold shares remain unchanged, and there has been no change to the way shareholders trade in the Co-operative’s shares.
