Foley Wines Limited – Board Changes
Foley Wines Limited [NZX: FWL] advises that Robert P Foley II has resigned as a Director of the Company. His resignation dated 23 January 2025, received today, is effective immediately. The Board thanks Rob for his contribution as Director of the Company since his appointment on 1 April 2023.
Directors have resolved to appoint William P Foley II as a Director of FWL with effect from 24 January 2025.
The Board has determined that William P Foley II is not an Independent Director in accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.6.1 due to him being a substantial product holder of the Company.
In accordance with the FWL constitution William will be required to retire at the next Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held later this year and stand for election by shareholders at that meeting.
