Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter (1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024) of the financial year ending 31 March 2025 (FY25) of 1.625 cents per share to be paid on 14 March 2025 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 February 2025 (i.e., the record date). This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.611134 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.277321 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.
The Board confirms that it is targeting an annual cash dividend of 6.50 cents per share to shareholders for FY25.
The Dividend Reinvestment Plan announced in May 2023 will operate for the FY25 third quarter dividend of Investore, with a 2% discount being applied when determining the issue price.
The last date for receipt of an application for participation in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan in respect of this dividend is 5pm on 27 February 2025.
