Appointment of Calibre Partners as Independent Adviser
NZ Windfarms Limited (NZX: NWF) has appointed Calibre Partners to prepare an Independent Adviser's Report on the proposed purchase of all the shares not already held in NZ Windfarms Limited by Meridian Energy Limited for 25 cents per share by a Scheme of Arrangement.
The Takeovers Panel has approved the appointment of Calibre Partners.
