Withdrawal of AGM Resolution

Following discussions with shareholders since the publication of the Company’s Annual General Meeting Notice dated 15 January 2025 (the “Notice of AGM”), and given that market circumstances have changed, the Board has decided to withdraw Resolution 15 from the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, to be held at 12 noon on Tuesday 25 February 2025 (the “AGM”). Resolution 15 relates to the adoption of amended Articles of Association.

The withdrawal of Resolution 15 does not affect the validity of the Notice of AGM, the proxy form or any proxy votes already submitted in respect of the remaining resolutions to be proposed at the AGM. The numbering of all other proposed resolutions at the AGM remains unchanged.
