BIF - Update on Directors and Senior Managers

Booster Investment Management Limited (BIML), as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (the Fund) provides an update to its Directors and Senior Managers.

Di Papadopoulos (currently Chief Customer Officer) has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and as an alternate director to Allan Yeo. Allan Yeo will continue as Managing Director. These changes take effect from 17 March 2025.

Following these changes, the Directors and Senior Managers for BIML are:

BIML Directors:
• Dianne Day (Independent Director)
• Paul Foley (Executive Director)
• John Selby (Independent Director and Chair)
• Melanie Templeton (Independent Director)
• Allan Yeo (Managing Director)
• Di Papadopoulos (alternate Director to Allan Yeo)

BIML Senior Managers:
• Mihaela Chitu (Head of Technology Solutions)
• Nic Craven (Chief Investment Officer)
• Natasha Keddie (Head of Finance and Administration)
• Andrew Hughes (Chief Risk Officer)
• Di Papadopoulos (Chief Executive Officer)
• Alison Payne (Chief Operating Officer)
