Dividend reinvestment plan strike price set at $0.8817

Kiwi Property advises that the price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) operating in respect of the quarterly dividend payable on Monday 24 March 2025 is $0.8817 per share. The price represents a 2% discount to the average of the daily volume weighted average price of shares traded over the five business days following and including the ex-date.

Approximately 29% of shareholders, representing 42% of shares on issue, have elected to participate in the DRP.
