Notice is given that the one hundred and fourth Annual Meeting of Shareholders of T&G Global Limited will be held on Wednesday 7 May 2025 at 10:00am.

Meeting venue: T&G Global Hub, Level 1, Building 1, Central Park, 660 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland.

The meeting will be held in person.
