TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl)
DRP STRIKE PRICE AND AUD FX RATE
thl advises that the strike price for the dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) for the dividend payable on 4 April 2025 has been set at NZ$1.7749 per share. The strike price is inclusive of a 2% discount. The strike price will apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued to participants who have elected to receive additional shares rather than cash.
The strike price has been determined in accordance with the terms of the DRP, being the volume weighted average sale price in NZD for thl shares calculated on all trades of thl shares on the NZX over the period of five trading days immediately following the record date of 21 March 2025, less a 2% discount.
The Australian dollar/New Zealand dollar exchange rate that will apply to the payment of any dividends in Australian dollars is a rate of AUD/NZD 1.1001.
