PLP - Update to Senior Managers

Booster Investment Management Limited (BIML), as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund (the Fund) provides an update to its Senior Managers.

BIML announces that Nic Craven has elected to step-away from his role as Chief Investment Officer effective 11 April 2025 but will continue to be involved in Booster’s investment governance through the BIML Investment Committee.

Pending appointment of a replacement Chief Investment Officer, the full-time executive function of leading Booster’s investment activities will be jointly undertaken by Aaron Usher (Portfolio Strategy Manager) and Nic Williams (Head of Direct Investments).

Following this change, the Directors and Senior Managers for BIML are:
