Booster Investment Management Limited (‘Booster’), in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund (‘Fund’), has registered a supplementary document dated 6 May 2025 to be read together with the Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) dated 1 July 2024. The documents also need to be read together with the Other Material Information document (‘OMI’) dated 29 October 2024. The supplementary document is attached.

This supplementary document has been prepared to notify the change of Booster’s approved dispute resolution scheme provider.
