Napier Port (NZX.NPH) today announced that serving Independent Director, Stephen Moir, will not seek re-election for a further term at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in December 2025.
Chair Blair O’Keeffe said “Stephen joined the Napier Port Board in December 2016 and is current Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. His extensive background in institutional banking and financial markets benefitted the company during periods of rapid growth and development, during the IPO process and subsequently during Napier Port’s early years as a publicly listed company.
“We will have the opportunity to thank Stephen at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in December for his contribution to Napier Port and our region during his three terms”.
