Green Cross Health Limited (GXH) Annual Meeting & Director Nomination Dates

The Green Cross Health Limited Annual Meeting for 2025 will be held virtually at 2.30pm on Thursday 31st of July 2025. Further details will be provided in the upcoming Notice of Meeting.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director Nominations is Friday 13th of June 2025. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and should be sent to the following address:
