Notice of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

General Capital Limited’s (NZX: GEN) 2025 annual meeting of shareholders will be held in person only at 3:00 p.m. on 25 July 2025 at the Hyundai Marine Sports Centre in the Rangitoto Room, Level 1, 8-10 Tamaki Drive, Okahu Bay, Auckland.

Attached are:

- the Notice of Meeting;

- Chairman’s Letter; and

- the Proxy Form.

The Notice of Meeting, Chairman’s Letter and Proxy Form will be emailed to shareholders who have provided the company’s share registrar with an email address and mailed in hard copy where the share registrar does not have an email address. Electronic copies of these documents are also available on the company’s website, https://gencap.co.nz/.
