At Oceania Healthcare Limited’s Annual Shareholder Meeting, held in Auckland and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• Rob Hamilton was re-elected as a director of the company.
• The directors were authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration for the ensuing year.
Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are shown in the attached.
The S&P/NZX 50 Index closed 55.30 points higher at 12,889.38.
Confidential submissions to the Commerce Commission will get a 10-year OIA exemption.
