Serko signs partnership renewal with Flight Centre Travel Group
• Initial term through to June 2027 with 1 year auto-extension provision
• Ongoing commitment to fund unique product features for Flight Centre Travel Group customers

Serko Limited (NZX & ASX: SKO) today announced it has signed a new contract with Flight Centre Travel Group (ASX: FLT) (FCTG) to renew their successful technology partnership.
Under the agreement, FCTG will continue to market and distribute its leading online booking solutions, powered by Serko, and contribute to an ongoing development fund with the purpose of developing and releasing unique product features for FCTG customers.
FCTG accounts for a significant proportion of Serko’s booking volume across Australia and New Zealand for its managed travel business.
Serko Chief Executive and Co-Founder, Darrin Grafton, said: “Flight Centre Travel Group has been a key contributor to Serko’s success, and this renewal lays the foundation for us to continue to expand our relationship and co-develop unique capabilities for FCTG customers on our platform”.
