South Port Director to Retire at ASM

South Port New Zealand Limited Independent Director, Clare Kearney has confirmed her intention to retire from the Board at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in October 2025.

Clare Kearney was first elected to the Board in October 2016 and has been a valued contributor to the Board and the Company during her three terms. Clare is currently the Chair of the Board’s Health and Safety Committee.

Chair Philip Cory-Wright said, “we will have the opportunity to thank Clare at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in October for her contribution to South Port during her time on the Board”.

Recruitment will commence in due course to appoint a new director.
