The Company announces that it agreed on 2 July 2025 to allot 800,000 ordinary shares at a price of 228.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 4 July 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 177,504,679.
