Subject: Manawa Energy Limited (“MNW”) – Suspension of trading and cessation of quotation of equity securities

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Manawa Energy Limited (“MNW”) today, in relation to its Scheme of Arrangement with Contact Energy Limited (“CEN”), NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that MNW equity securities will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in MNW equity securities will be Monday, 7 July 2025 with trading in MNW equity securities being suspended at close of business Monday, 7 July 2025. Subject to the Scheme being implemented as proposed, MNW equity securities will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board (NZSX) from close of business on Friday, 11 July 2025.

MNW will continue to have debt securities quoted on the NZX Debt Market (MNW170, MNW180, and MNW190).
