Resignation of Directors

Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) announces that George Adams and John Rae have advised the Company of their resignations from the Board with immediate effect.

Having worked closely with the new Directors since the middle of March 2025, providing continuity and support during the transition period, George and John believe their task largely complete and the new Board well placed to take BRW forward.

Rob Hewett, Chair, said that both the Company and the new Directors thank George and John for their service to the Company through what has been a particularly challenging time and wish them well for the future.
