Annual Meeting Date and Director Nominations

11 July 2025: ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) (ArborGen or the Company) advises that the 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Wednesday 10 September 2025 in Auckland, New Zealand. The time, venue and other details relating to the meeting will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to all shareholders in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Monday 28 July 2025. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
