Contact Energy completes Manawa Energy acquisition

Manawa Energy Limited (“Manawa”) advises that the remaining conditions set out in the Scheme Implementation Agreement relating to the Scheme of Arrangement (“Scheme”) with Contact Energy Limited have been satisfied, and the Scheme has been implemented.

Please refer to the Contact Energy market announcement dated 11 July 2025 for further information in relation to Manawa’s debt securities quoted on the NZX Debt Market (MNW170, MNW180 and MNW190).
