Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) advises that its 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 26 August 2025, commencing at 3:00pm
Venue: Boardroom, Duncan Cotterill, Duncan Cotterill Plaza, 148 Victoria Street, Christchurch | Ōtautahi 8013
Virtual attendance: The meeting will also be broadcast via Microsoft Teams (view-only).

Please refer to the attached Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for further details, including resolutions relating to director appointments and reappointments. Changes to the composition of the Board will take effect following the conclusion of the meeting.

Meeting presentations will be released to market prior to the meeting. Voting results will be released to NZX and published on the Company’s website following the meeting.
