Truscreen Group Limited advises that this Corporate Action Notice has been issued as required by NZX Listing Rule 4.17.9 (a) (ii), in relation to the issue of 1,701,576 Ordinary Shares (TRU), 1,250,000 issued at a deemed price of A$0.02 per share and 451,576 issued at a deemed price of A$0.017 per share, as consideration for services rendered, as outlined in the Capital Change Notice which follows.
