Truscreen Group Limited advises that it has issued the following new shares to service providers in settlement of invoices in lieu of a cash payment:
Class of security: Ordinary Shares (TRU) 1,701,576
Price: The shares were issued, 1,250,000 at a deemed price of A$0.02 per share and 451,576 at a deemed price of A$0.017 per share.
Payment: Consideration for services rendered.
Percentage of total class of securities issued: 0.02% (of the total number of ordinary shares after this issue.
Authority for issue: 1,701,576 NZX Listing Rule 4.5.1
Number of securities after issue:
Ordinary shares 747,325,326
TRUOA 204,741,031 Exercisable at NZ$0.022/A$0.02 and expiry date 17/7/2026.
6,000,000 TRUOD. Exercisable at 4 cents per share with expiry date of 15 July 2026.
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 4.17.9 (a) (ii) the Company has issued a Corporate Action Notice relating to this announcement.
