Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

2 Cheap Cars Group Limited (2CC) announces that its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on 26 September 2025. Full details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.

For the purposes of NZX listing rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is 22 August 2025. All nominations must be received by 5 pm on that closing date. A nomination may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be accompanied by the written consent of the person being nominated.
