Spark notes further media speculation regarding data centre sale
Spark New Zealand (Spark) notes further media speculation about its process to seek a capital partner for its data centre business.
As communicated at its H1 trading update in February, this process was commenced to support future data centre investment.
Spark confirms this process is ongoing, and it will keep the market updated in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
